Preparation
Put vinegar, garlic, basil, half of the oil, salt and pepper to taste in a blender. Blend until you feel that the basil leaves have been well incorporated into the mixture.
Add the remaining olive oil and liquefy at very low speed and very little time just to emulsify the vinaigrette.
