Ingredients

1 portion
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic, Crushed
  • 1/3 cups basil leaf, full, without much space
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Put vinegar, garlic, basil, half of the oil, salt and pepper to taste in a blender. Blend until you feel that the basil leaves have been well incorporated into the mixture.
Add the remaining olive oil and liquefy at very low speed and very little time just to emulsify the vinaigrette.

TIPS

Then replace the balsamic vinegar with 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and change the flavor of the dressing.
