Ingredients: 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar; 1/4 teaspoons garlic, crushed; 1/3 cups basil, fill, without much space; 1/2 cups olive oil; 2 pinches salt; pepper

Put the vinegar, garlic, basil, half of the oil, salt, and pepper to taste in a blender. Blend until you notice that the basil leaves have been well incorporated into the mixture. Add the remaining olive oil and blend at very low speed for a very short time just to emulsify the vinaigrette.
