Habanero Jam

  • 5 Habanero chiles
  • 2 cups canned pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar

  • On a griddle char chiles until puffed up. Remove from griddle and transfer to a blender. Add canned pineapple, pineapple juice, sugar, and white vinegar and blend until smooth.
  • In a small pot over medium heat, cook blended mixture until liquid evaporates and a jam is formed. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve Habanero jam in jars.
