  • In a bowl, mix Jumex® Único fresco® grape cranberry with mustard, ginger, clove, garlic powder, and cornstarch until fully combined. Make sure to dissolve the powders completely to avoid lumps when changing the temperature through cooking; to achieve this, sift the powders beforehand. Set aside.
  • Heat the sugar over medium heat in a stainless steel or non-stick pot and maintain medium heat until it starts to liquefy. At this point, pour in the juice mixture, then lower the temperature and mix with a wooden spoon or whisk until the ingredients are combined. Increase the temperature again, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • You can use this pork glaze for ribs in two ways: Place the raw ribs on a baking tray, pour the glaze sauce over them, cover with aluminum foil, and cook at 200 °C for 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can cook the ribs separately and simply drizzle with the glaze sauce when serving.
