Ingredients: 2 cups Jumex® Único fresco® blueberry grape; 1 tablespoon mustard; 1/2 tablespoons ginger powder; 1 teaspoon ground cloves; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; 1/3 cups sugar; salt; pepper; 1 kilo pork ribs, for serving; new potatoes, for serving

In a bowl, mix Jumex® Único fresco® grape cranberry with mustard, ginger, clove, garlic powder, and cornstarch until fully combined. Make sure to dissolve the powders completely to avoid lumps when changing the temperature through cooking; to achieve this, sift the powders beforehand. Set aside. Heat the sugar over medium heat in a stainless steel or non-stick pot and maintain medium heat until it starts to liquefy. At this point, pour in the juice mixture, then lower the temperature and mix with a wooden spoon or whisk until the ingredients are combined. Increase the temperature again, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
