Habanero Sauce

This habanero sauce is excellent to accompany any dish, just be careful with the amount because it can be very spicy.

  • 100 grams Habanero chile
  • 3 tomatoes, red
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams onion
  • salt, to taste
  • vegetable oil, for seasoning
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Wash the tomatoes and habanero peppers thoroughly (remove the stem), and peel the garlic.
  • Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts as well as the habaneros.
  • Heat a pan with oil and add the habaneros, tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
  • Once seasoned, place them in the blender along with the water, leaving the oil in the pan on low heat.
  • Once all the ingredients are blended, put them back in the pan over low heat and add salt to taste.
  • Cook until the sauce turns an orange color.
  • Let it cool and the sauce is ready to accompany your dishes.
