This habanero sauce is excellent to accompany any dish, just be careful with the amount because it can be very spicy.

100 grams Habanero chile
3 tomatoes, red
2 cloves garlic
50 grams onion
salt, to taste
vegetable oil, for seasoning
1/2 cups water

Wash the tomatoes and habanero peppers thoroughly (remove the stem), and peel the garlic.
Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts as well as the habaneros.
Heat a pan with oil and add the habaneros, tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
Once seasoned, place them in the blender along with the water, leaving the oil in the pan on low heat.
Once all the ingredients are blended, put them back in the pan over low heat and add salt to taste.
Cook until the sauce turns an orange color.
Let it cool and the sauce is ready to accompany your dishes.
