Preparation
Wash perfectly the tomatoes and chiles habaneros (remove the stick), and peel the garlic.
Split the tomatoes in 4 parts just like the habaneros.
Heat a frying pan with oil and place the habaneros, tomatoes and onions and garlic.
Once seasoned place them in the blender along with the water, leaving the oil in the pan over low heat.
Once all the ingredients have been liquefied, put them back in the pan, which we leave to simmer and add the salt to taste.
Cook until the sauce turns orange.
Let cool and the sauce is ready to accompany your dishes.
