10 grams dried árbol chile, (without stems)
100 grams dried guajillo chile, (without stems)
2 cups water
1/4 cups vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper

Boil the chiles with the water in a small pot over high heat for 10 minutes or until softened. Drain and let cool slightly.
Blend the chiles with the rest of the ingredients very well; if necessary, add a little more cooking liquid to achieve a sauce consistency,
Strain the sauce and place it in a bottle.
