Pickled Red Onions

Pickled red onions are a traditional and homemade topping traditionally served as a side dish for cochinita pibil. The combination of pickled red onions and Habanero chiles along with the finishing touch of lime and the enticing aroma of oregano will give a zesty tang to tacos, sandwiches, salads or the main dish of your choice!

  • 1/4 cups lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon oregano
