Ingredients

5 servings
  • 500 grams of red onion in juliana
  • 1/2 piece of habanero pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander chopped
  • 6 spoonfuls of orange juice sour
  • 4 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt

    Preparation

    Blanch the onion for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and let stand.
    In a bowl mix all the ingredients, cover and let stand at least 2 hours.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a sauce boat.

    TIPS

    Marinate for more than 24 hours for a better result.

    se mira bien yo la hago mas fácil con pura naranja agria 3 cebollas moradas y 20 chiles habaneros pork me encantan a pero con unos y poquita sal la dejo curtir 2 horas o un día antes
