For the salsa macha: Heat the oil over low heat, sauté the guajillo chiles, árbol chiles, garlic cloves, onion, and tortilla. Remove from heat, let cool, and set aside.
Blend the previous preparation with salt for 5 minutes or until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Serve the salsa macha in a deep plate and add the toasted sesame seeds. Set aside.
Place the avocados in the molcajete, mash with lemon juice, season with garlic, onion, salt, and cilantro.
