For the salsa macha: Heat the oil over low heat, sauté the guajillo chiles, árbol chiles, garlic cloves, onion, and tortilla. Remove from heat, let cool, and set aside. Blend the previous preparation with salt for 5 minutes or until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
