1 onion, little
5 serrano chiles, smalls
1 sprig fresh cilantro
salt
olive oil
black pepper, freshly ground (preferably coarse ground)

Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and serrano pepper into small cubes.
Chop the cilantro very finely.
Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, stir, and adjust salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve on a plate in the center of the table.
