Turkey Gravy

3 cups chicken broth, or turkey broth
1 cup red wine
1/3 cups flour
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon thyme
1 pinch pepper

Remove the drippings that accumulated in your roasting pan while roasting your turkey and place them in a medium saucepan.
Add the chicken broth and wine and stir while simmering the gravy for 15 minutes.
While cooking, use a spoon to skim off the fat that accumulates on the surface of the gravy.
Add the flour and herbs and continue stirring for 10 more minutes.
Serve to accompany your turkey. The sauce will thicken 5 minutes after cooking.
