It's as simple as cutting the cucumber and carrot into sticks of your desired size. Then, soak them in ice water for a few minutes.
While we put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a whisk. Adjust the sauce to our taste if necessary.
We place it in a small bowl and surround it with the carrot and cucumber, and that's it. Time to eat.
