Place the dough in the previously greased dish, prick the bottom and walls with a fork, and bake for 15 minutes.
Chop the bell pepper and celery into strips.
Arrange all the cooked vegetables on our base of dough, trying to distribute everything evenly.
Lightly beat the eggs and milk with a fork, pour over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, distribute the basil over the entire surface, and add the chopped cheese.
Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center is cooked.
