Light Vegetable Quiche

Make this recipe for a light vegetable quiche; with the variety of vegetables, it will turn out light and very delicious.

  • 250 grams puff pastry
  • 1 package cherry tomato, little
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bunch arugula, washed and disinfected
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, washed
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 cup lactose-free milk, light
  • 4 sprigs celery, washed
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 slice provolone cheese, thin, chopped
  • olive oil, enough
  • wheat flour, enough

  • Preheat the oven to 250°C
  • On a flat surface, put a bit of flour, the puff pastry, and roll it out to about 30cm in diameter, to cover our round quiche dish.
  • Place the dough in the previously greased dish, prick the bottom and walls with a fork, and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Chop the bell pepper and celery into strips.
  • Arrange all the cooked vegetables on our base of dough, trying to distribute everything evenly.
  • Lightly beat the eggs and milk with a fork, pour over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, distribute the basil over the entire surface, and add the chopped cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center is cooked.
