Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of egg

  • 1 Cup of lactose free milk Light
  • 4 branches of celery washed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 slice of provolone cheese thin, chopped

  • wheat flours sufficient quantity

    Preparation

    We preheat the oven to 250 ° C
    On a flat surface we put a little flour, the puff pastry dough and we extend approximately 30cm in diameter, to cover our round quiche refractory.

    Let's bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center is cooked.
