Ingredients

  • 1 cup lactose free milk, Light
  • 4 branches celery, washed
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 slice provolone cheese, thin, chopped
  • olive oils, sufficient quantity
  • wheat flour, sufficient quantity

Preparation

We preheat the oven to 250 ° C
On a flat surface we put a little flour, the puff pastry dough and we extend approximately 30cm in diameter, to cover our round quiche refractory.
Arrange the dough in the container, previously greased, chop the bottom and walls with a fork, bake for 15 minutes.
Chop the pepper and celery into strips.
We arrange in our base of dough, previously cooked all the vegetables, trying to distribute everything uniformly.
Whisk the eggs and milk lightly with a fork, pour over the vegetables, season with salt, spread the basil throughout the surface and add the chopped cheese.
Let's bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center is cooked.

PRESENTATION

It can be served as an accompaniment to red meats or chicken.
