Pear Potato

  • 1/2 kilos potato
  • 75 grams cincho cheese
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • cow's milk
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying

  • Cook the potatoes until they are soft.
  • Prepare a purée with them.
  • Add a little milk.
  • Add the finely grated cheese. Shape the pear-like dumplings with the purée, dip them in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
