60 grams San Juan® egg whites
150 grams potato, large alpha
30 grams deli ham
30 grams cheese, grated
2 grams parsley
2 grams salt
1 gram bell pepper
10 grams butter
20 grams tomato sauce
2 zucchinis, in slices
1 carrot, sautéed in butter
2 spinach
2 flowers, edible
Preparation

Pre-cook the potatoes in the oven at 180° C for 20 minutes covered in aluminum foil, remove, cool, and hollow out with a spoon.
Spread the hollowed potatoes with butter and season with salt and pepper.
Fill with San Juan® Egg Whites, ham, parsley, and cheese in that order.
Bake at 180° C for 20 minutes, serve.
Serve with tomato sauce, zucchini rolls, carrot, and flowers.
