  • 60 grams San Juan® egg whites
  • 150 grams potato, large alpha
  • 30 grams deli ham
  • 30 grams cheese, grated
  • 2 grams parsley
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 gram bell pepper
  • 10 grams butter
  • 20 grams tomato sauce
  • 2 zucchinis, in slices
  • 1 carrot, sautéed in butter
  • 2 spinach
  • 2 flowers, edible

  • Pre-cook the potatoes in the oven at 180° C for 20 minutes covered in aluminum foil, remove, cool, and hollow out with a spoon.
  • Spread the hollowed potatoes with butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill with San Juan® Egg Whites, ham, parsley, and cheese in that order.
  • Bake at 180° C for 20 minutes, serve.
  • Serve with tomato sauce, zucchini rolls, carrot, and flowers.
