1 potato, large
1/2 cups sour cream
6 slices deli ham, diced
1/2 onions, slice
1 serrano chile, cut into strips
40 grams butter
1 clove garlic
pepper

Peel the potato and slice it into not too thin rounds.
Place the water in a small pot and cook the potatoes with the garlic (do not overcook) for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
In a skillet, add the butter to melt; sauté the chili with the onion and ham, add the potatoes and stir constantly.
Add the cream, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Incorporate the Oaxaca cheese over low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve.
