Preparation
Peel the potato and cut it into thin slices.
Place the water in a pot and cook the potatoes with the garlic (which are not so soft) let cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
In a pan add the butter to melt; sauté the chili with onion and ham, add the potatoes and stir constantly.
Add the cream, season with salt and pepper, mix well. Incoporate oaxaca cheese over low heat for about 5 minutes. It serves.
