Potatoes in Cream with Ham and Cheese

A super easy and delicious recipe, ideal for when you do not have much time to cook as it is a complete dish that will delight everyone at home. Do not stop preparing it.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of potato big
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 6 slices of Ham diced
  • 1/2 piece of onion slice
  • 1 piece of chile serrano cut into strips
  • 40 grams of Butter
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • to taste of Pepper
  • to taste of Oaxaca cheese

    Preparation

    Peel the potato and cut it into thin slices.
    Place the water in a pot and cook the potatoes with the garlic (which are not so soft) let cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
    In a pan add the butter to melt; sauté the chili with onion and ham, add the potatoes and stir constantly.
    Add the cream, season with salt and pepper, mix well. Incoporate oaxaca cheese over low heat for about 5 minutes. It serves.
