Roasted Cambray Potatoes with Rosemary

2 1/2 cups new potatoes
1/2 cups olive oil
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

Boil the cambray potatoes in salted water and let them cook, but do not let them fall apart.
Remove them from the water and when they cool down a bit, cut them in half.
Heat the oil and add the cambray potatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until golden.
Incorporate the garlic and rosemary, then add the bell pepper until it browns a bit.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
