  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 250 grams green beans, cut into sticks and cooked
  • 150 grams ear corn, cooked
  • 2 potatoes, cut into small cubes and cooked
  • 4 carrots, cut into cubes and cooked
  • 10 eggs
  • 15 grams salt
  • 5 grams pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and onion, then add the vegetables and season.
  • Break the eggs, beat and add the vegetables, season.
  • Add the preparation to a mold (previously greased) and bake at 180° C for 25 minutes, check the cooking with the help of a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the flan is ready.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Unmold and serve.
