Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 250 grams green bean, cut into sticks and cooked
  • 150 grams corn, Cooked
  • 2 potatoes, cut into small cubes and cooked
  • 4 carrots, cut into cubes and cooked
  • 10 eggs
  • 15 grams salt
  • 5 grams black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat the oil in a pan, season the garlic and onion, followed by adding the vegetables and seasoning.
Break the eggs, beat and add the vegetables, season.
Add the preparation to a mold (previously greased) and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes, check the doneness with the help of a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the flan is ready.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Unmold and serve.
