If you still don't know how to prepare fried rice, you're going to love this video, as it's very simple and a great option for having a different meal each week. Also, add some protein to make it even more complete.
Pour a little sesame oil into a wok or deep pan, once hot, add the onion, carrot, bean sprouts, and cooked peas, then cook over medium heat until the vegetables have a shiny color. Remove all the vegetables from the wok and set aside.
Pour a little more sesame oil into the same wok and add the chopped garlic and the previously beaten eggs. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until they are about 80% cooked, that is, when the egg is still a little moist. Then, add the cooked rice and mix all the ingredients very well.
Add the reserved vegetables, soy sauce, green onion tops, and sesame oil. Mix well, cook the rice for 3 more minutes, and remove from heat. Serve the fried rice hot and accompany with soy sauce and sesame seeds if desired!
