1 liter cow's milk
300 grams sugar
25 grams raisins, seedless
2 egg yolks
1 stick cinnamon

The rice is soaked for 15 minutes in hot water, washed very well in cold water, and cooked with half a liter of water and cinnamon.
When it starts to soften, sugar and milk are added.
When it thickens a bit, the yolks dissolved in a little milk are added; let it boil and pour it into the serving dish, garnishing with raisins.
