Sea Bass Tepanyaki

Japanese recipe made with broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, an exquisite Asian recipe.

  • canola oil
  • 1 head broccoli, in small sprigs
  • pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower, in small bunches
  • 1 onion, in cubes
  • 3 carrots, slices
  • 3 zucchinis, cut into squares
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 20 button mushrooms
  • 4 sea bass fillet
  • soy sauce

  • In a wok, heat two tablespoons of oil, sauté the broccoli, and let it brown slightly, season with salt and pepper, remove and set aside.
  • Add more oil if necessary and sauté the cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, remove and proceed in the same way with the rest of the vegetables.
  • Finally, cook the fish.
  • Arrange the vegetables and fish on the plates and drizzle with soy sauce before serving.
