1 onion, in cubes
3 carrots, slices
3 zucchinis, cut into squares
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
20 button mushrooms
4 sea bass fillet
soy sauce

In a wok, heat two tablespoons of oil, sauté the broccoli, and let it brown slightly, season with salt and pepper, remove and set aside.
Add more oil if necessary and sauté the cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, remove and proceed in the same way with the rest of the vegetables.
Finally, cook the fish.
Arrange the vegetables and fish on the plates and drizzle with soy sauce before serving.
