Shrimp Stuffed Chiles

This recipe is very different from all other stuffed chiles; they are shrimp-stuffed chiles that taste amazing and are original. Surprise everyone with this recipe.

  • 2 Poblano chiles, for filling
  • 250 grams shrimp
  • Manchego cheese
  • cream cheese
  • sour cream
  • mayonnaise
  • salsas, or chipotle cream

  • Remove the stems from the chiles and open them on one side.
  • Put the deveined, cleaned, cooked shrimp without heads and tails into the food processor until they resemble ground meat.
  • Mix the shrimp with mayonnaise and chipotle; you can use mayonnaise with chipotle.
  • Stuff the chiles.
  • Place a thin slice of manchego cheese and cream cheese on top.
  • Put them in the microwave for about one to one and a half minutes.
  • Add cream over the chiles.
