Hummus with Vegetables

The delicious Hummus as always but with vegetables to use as a dip.

  • 300 grams chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini sauce
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons pimentón

  • Blend all the ingredients in the food processor until you achieve a smooth and creamy puree.
  • Serve accompanied by vegetable crudités or lettuce leaves.
