300 grams chickpeas, cooked
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon tahini sauce
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoons pimentón

Blend all the ingredients in the food processor until you achieve a smooth and creamy puree.
Serve accompanied by vegetable crudités or lettuce leaves.
