Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams chickpea, Cooked
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini sauce
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons peppers

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in the food processor until you obtain a smooth and smooth puree.
Serves with vegetables crudités or lettuce buds.
