Delicious stuffed zucchini with tomato and corn. They make a great main dish or can also be prepared as a side for chicken, meat, or fish dishes. They are simply delightful.

4 zucchinis, creole
1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes, seedless, in cubes
1/4 cups corn kernels
1 pinch dried oregano
1/2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper

Cut the base and the top of the zucchini and remove the pulp with the help of a small spoon.
In a microwave-safe pot, place oil, finely chopped garlic, tomato, and the pulp of the zucchini.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle the oregano. Cook for 3 minutes.
Grease a small baking dish with butter and distribute the zucchini, season with a little salt, and cover them.
Cook at medium level for 4 minutes, remove from the oven and fill with the tomato mixture.
Return to the oven and cook for 3 more minutes.
