Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of zucchini criollas
  • 1/2 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 pieces of tomato seedless, cubed
  • 1/4 of Cup of corn kernels
  • 1 pinch of Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Butter
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Cut the base and lid of the zucchini and remove the pulp with the help of a small spoon.
    In a microwave oven place the oil, the finely chopped garlic , the tomato and the pulp of the zucchini.
    Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle oregano. Cook for 3 minutes.
    Grease a refractory boy with the butter and distribute the zucchini, season with a little salt and cover them.
    Cook at a medium level for 4 minutes, remove from the oven and fill with the tomato mixture.
    Return to the oven and cook for 3 more minutes.
