Chicken and Cauliflower Cream

1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 onion
800 grams cauliflower
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup thick cream
1 sprig parsley, chopped
1 butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Preparation

Heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Slice the onion and sauté.
Shred the chicken and add it to the pot.
Cut the cauliflower and add it to the pot along with the chicken broth, cream, and parsley. Cook until the cauliflower is tender.
With a blender, grind all the solid ingredients, add the butter, and adjust seasoning.
