  • 2 San Juan® eggs
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 green onions
  • white pepper

  • In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of chicken broth to a boil along with salt and pepper and, if using, sesame oil (8 drops).
  • Cook for about one minute.
  • Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  • Slowly pour the eggs in a steady stream, stirring the egg quickly in a clockwise direction for one minute. To create thin layers or ribbons, gently stir the eggs in a clockwise direction until formed.
  • Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and sprouts.
