Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of San Juan® egg
  • 4 cups of chicken soup
  • 2 pieces of cambray onion
  • enough of White pepper
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of sesame oil

    Preparation

    In a saucepan, place 4 cups of chicken broth to boil together with the salt and pepper and if the sesame oil is used (8 drops).
    Cook for about a minute.
    Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
    Empty the eggs very slowly in a constant flow, stirring the egg rapidly in a clockwise direction for one minute. To make thin layers or ribbons, gently stir the eggs in a clockwise direction until they form.
    Garnish with the chambray onions cut into thin slices and bean sprouts.
