2 tablespoons sesame oil
250 grams chicken breast, boneless, skinless, and cut into medium cubes
2 tablespoons leek, sliced thin
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup spinach
2 pinches salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 liter chicken broth, Campbells®
1/2 packages rice noodle, chinese (170 g)

Low
Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Add the leek, bell pepper, spinach, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove the previous mixture from the pot and set aside.
Add Campbells® chicken broth to the pot and when it comes to a boil, add the noodles. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the pepper mixture and heat for 5 more minutes.
