Do you love Chinese food but do not feel like leaving home? This Chinese noodle soup is ideal for those cold days when you just want to watch TV at home. This delicious and it is very easy to cook.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 250 grams chicken breast, without bone, without skin and cut into medium cubes
  • 2 tablespoons leek, cut into thin slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 liter chicken soup, Campbells®
  • 1/2 packages rice noodles, Chinese (170 g)

Preparation

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes moving constantly to avoid sticking.
Add the pore, pepper, spinach, salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove the previous mixture from the pot and reserve.
Add the Campbells® chicken stock to the pot and when it breaks the boil, add the noodle. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the pepper mixture and heat for 5 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl.

TIPS

Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes so that they are crispy in texture.
