Cheese and Carrot Cream

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 3 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 onions, chopped
  • 6 carrots, peeled
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk, lala
  • 3 tablespoons butter, Lala
  • 250 milliliters sour cream, lala
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese, LALA 200g
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Cut the bread into cubes and toast.
  • Cook the carrots in enough boiling salted water.
  • In the olive oil, sauté the garlic, onion, and coriander seeds over medium heat.
  • Blend this mixture with the cooked carrots, using 1 cup of the water in which they were cooked.
  • Add the LALA Cream and half of the LALA Manchego Cheese.
  • Heat the milk in a pot, add the carrot mixture and mix well. Wait for it to come to a boil and add 3 tablespoons of LALA Butter.
  • Serve with the croutons and accompany with the rest of the cheese in cubes.
