2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
3 slices sandwich bread
1 tablespoon chicken bullion
1 clove garlic
1/3 onions, chopped
6 carrots, peeled
1/2 liters cow's milk, lala
3 tablespoons butter, Lala
250 milliliters sour cream, lala
200 grams Manchego cheese, LALA 200g
1 teaspoon cilantro seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cut the bread into cubes and toast.
Cook the carrots in enough boiling salted water.
In the olive oil, sauté the garlic, onion, and coriander seeds over medium heat.
Blend this mixture with the cooked carrots, using 1 cup of the water in which they were cooked.
Add the LALA Cream and half of the LALA Manchego Cheese.
Heat the milk in a pot, add the carrot mixture and mix well. Wait for it to come to a boil and add 3 tablespoons of LALA Butter.
Serve with the croutons and accompany with the rest of the cheese in cubes.
