Preparation
Cut bread into boxes and toast.
Cook the carrots in enough boiling water with salt.
In the olive oil, add the garlic, onion and coriander seeds over medium heat.
Blend this mixture with the cooked carrots, helping with 1 cup of the water where they were cooked.
Add the LALA Cream and half of the Manchego LALA Cheese.
Put in a pot to heat the milk, add the carrot mixture and incorporate well. Wait for it to boil and add 3 tablespoons of LALA Butter.
Serve with the crotons and accompany with the rest of the Cheese in squares.
