Shells with Mushroom Cream and Chicken

  • 1 envelope pasta shell, (shells)
  • 310 grams cream of mushroom, with chicken
  • 1/2 sticks cream cheese
  • 1/2 squares chicken broth
  • 2 slices Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 liters water
  • 1 clove garlic

  • In a skillet, add the water and the garlic clove; once boiling, incorporate the shell pasta.
  • Blend the chicken cream with mushrooms, the cream cheese, and the chicken broth cube until smooth.
  • In a previously heated skillet on low temperature, add the cream with all the ingredients incorporated.
  • Once it reaches a boil, add the pasta and let it boil for just a couple of minutes. Place the 2 slices of manchego cheese on top, cover the skillet (turn off the heat), and voila, a delicious pasta soup with cream.
