1 ancho chile, sliced
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 cups beans, black, cooked and mashed
1 cup chicken broth, degreased
sour cream, to taste
panela cheese, cut into cubes

In a pan, heat the oil and fry the chili without burning it; set aside.
In the same oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the beans, the chicken broth, and let it boil; if the mixture is too thick, add a little more broth.
Serve with the ancho chili sliced, a bit of cream, and panela cheese.
