  • In a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  • Add Kids La Moderna® pasta, chicken broth, and chopped parsley. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 9 to 11 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
  • Season with salt and serve with parsley leaves.
