Butter Soup with Roasted Vegetables

Prepare this rich recipe with your children and share time with them. It is a delicious soup with butter and accompanied by juicy and delicious roasted vegetables such as carrots and squash.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 pumpkins, cut into slices
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1 package Kids La Moderna® Pasta, 200 gc / u of any figure
  • 2 liters chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped, plus four twigs to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

In a small pot over medium heat, heat the butter and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add Kids La Moderna® pasta, chicken stock and chopped parsley. Let it boil, cover and cook for 9 to 11 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
Season with salt and serve with parsley leaves.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with parsley.

TIPS

Take care of the cooking of the pasta and the vegetables, you want them to be al dente and not overcooked.
