Noodles and Vegetables

  • 100 grams corn kernels
  • 2 carrots, small
  • 1 potato
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 7 leaves bay
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package fideo pasta
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • sour cream
  • 1 cup panela cheese

  • Wash and disinfect all our vegetables and chop them into small cubes.
  • Place the tomatoes along with the bay leaves in a pot and cover them with water, cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Fry the noodles until they are lightly golden. Add the onion, the cooked tomatoes with the bay leaves, and a pinch of salt to the blender, pour over the noodle pasta and heat for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and the dissolved chicken bouillon cube.
  • Heat for 35 minutes so that all our ingredients have a flavor party.
  • Garnish with cream and cheese.
