Noodles and Vegetables

  • 100 grams corn kernels
  • 2 carrots, little
  • 1 potato
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 7 leaves bay
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package fideo pasta
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • sour cream
  • 1 cup panela cheese

  • Wash and disinfect, all our vegetables and small diced.
  • Place the tomatoes together with the bay leaves in a saucepan and cover them with water, coconuts for about 10 minutes.
  • Fry the noodles until lightly browned. Add the onion, cook the tomatoes with the bay leaf and the pinch of salt in the blender, pour over the noodle paste and heat for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and the cube of dissolved chicken broth.
  • Heat for 35 minutes to all our ingredients make a party of flavor.
  • Garnish with cream and cheese.
