Trying new things is always a good decision, especially if it is ramen, an oriental dish consumed in China and Japan. The ramen consists of different types of noodles served with a broth prepared with meat, miso and soy sauce. In addition to being full of flavor, the ramen has a unique balance that gives it the ingredients it carries. Although there are several varieties of ramen according to the region, today it has been tropicalized in each country.

  • Place the pork bones in a pan, bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C.

  • Now add the pieces of pork and smoked bacon to the broth, cook over low heat for 2 hours, remove the bacon, add the carrots, onion tails, garlic and cook for 15 more minutes.
  • Remove the vegetables and bones with the help of a strainer.
  • Add the sake, the pee, the soy sauce, the sugar to the broth, cook for 15 minutes over medium heat and remove from the heat.
  • In a pot with boiling water, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and reserve.
  • Serve the noodles in a bowl, place the cooked egg, onion tails, Monteblanco® shiitake mushroom, seaweed, naruto and pork belly.
  • Serve the ramen broth and enjoy hot.
