Spinach Soup with Chicken

This soup is very rich, it is a practical way to eat spinach and it has a very pleasant flavor.

  • 6 chickens
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 liters water
  • 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil

  • The chicken is cooked with the 4 liters of water, once cooked it is reserved.
  • The spinach is cleaned, washed and disinfected.
  • Put the oil with a little onion in a saucepan, wash the tomatoes and blend. Once the oil is hot and the onion is sautéed, add the tomato, already ground and strained.
  • It is expected that the tomato begins to boil and the spinach already cleaned and disinfected is incorporated and stirred.
  • When the tomato starts to boil again, add the chicken with everything and broth and season with salt to taste. And let it boil for 10 minutes.
