Spinach Soup with Chicken

This soup is very delicious; it is a practical way to eat spinach with a very pleasant flavor.

  • 6 chickens
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 liters water
  • 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil

  • Boil the chicken with 4 liters of water; once cooked, set it aside.
  • Clean, wash, and disinfect the spinach.
  • In a saucepan, heat the oil with a little onion, wash the tomatoes, and blend them. Once the oil is hot and the onion is sautéed, add the blended and strained tomato.
  • Wait for the tomato to start boiling and add the cleaned and disinfected spinach, then stir.
  • When the tomato starts boiling again, add the chicken with its broth and season with salt to taste. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
