Stewed Lentils
Lentil soup is super nutritious and delicious. In this recipe, the lentils are prepared with white wine and Serrano ham.

500 grams lentils
200 grams serrano ham, chopped
1 onion, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cups dry white wine
2 leaves bay
2 teaspoons pimentón
2 cloves garlic

Cook the lentils in the pressure cooker with water, garlic, and bay leaf until soft, about 20 minutes.
In a separate pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion, add the tomatoes, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the wine and paprika.
Add this vegetable mixture to the lentils and boil for a few minutes, season with salt to taste, and remove the bay leaves.
