Lentil soup is super nutritious and rich. In this recipe lentils are prepared with white wine and Serrano ham.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams lentil
  • 200 grams Serrano ham, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups dry white wine
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Put the lentils to cook in the express pot with water, garlic and laurel to make them soft, like 20 minutes.
Apart heat the oil and sauté the onion, add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Put the wine and paprika.
Add this mixture of the vegetables to the lentils and boil a few minutes, add salt to taste and remove the bay leaves.

PRESENTATION

Serve in bowls and garnish with Serrano ham.

TIPS

It is also very rich if you add a spoonful of white vinegar.
