Tomato Cream

  • 50 grams butter
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 liters sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • baking soda
  • 1 can sour cream, of tomato (optional)

  • Fry the blended tomato with the garlic and onion in butter. Strain.
  • Season and gradually add the milk to which cornstarch and baking soda have been added.
  • It should simmer on very low heat.
  • When serving, add the cream heated in a double boiler to prevent it from curdling.
