50 grams butter
6 tomatoes
1/2 liters cow's milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 liters sour cream
1 clove garlic
1/2 onions
baking soda
1 can sour cream, of tomato (optional)

Fry the blended tomato with the garlic and onion in butter. Strain.
Season and gradually add the milk to which cornstarch and baking soda have been added.
It should simmer on very low heat.
When serving, add the cream heated in a double boiler to prevent it from curdling.
If desired, the can of tomato can be added.
