Ingredients: 50 grams butter; 6 tomatoes; 1/2 liters cow's milk; 1 tablespoon cornstarch; 1/4 liters sour cream; 1 clove garlic; 1/2 onions; baking soda; 1 can sour cream, of tomato (optional)

Fry the blended tomato with the garlic and onion in butter. Strain. Season and gradually add the milk to which cornstarch and baking soda have been added.
